Implementation

Based on data we compare previous years and design the structure of the predictive control model for certain variables.We create the model then start step testing on-site. We will change the process parameters around normal operating conditions, within limits, leaving enough time for all parameters to adapt. WE ALTERNATE MODELLING AND STEP TESTING UNTIL WE ACHIEVE PERFECT CONTROL.

Training

Once your Advanced Process Control software solution is implemented, the MaratON team's engineers, who created your actual solution, will train your end users on-site so your workforce can spot the important details and have FULL CONTROL OVER THE SOFTWARE.

Maintenance

We recommend maintenance to follow up your dynamic process model every couple of years, so it reflects the variables that might change over time, like raw materials. We will follow up with a review of your model and change the necessary details so YOUR PREDICTIVE MODEL STAYS ACCURATE.
